Work as part of a team
Tutors and mentors coordinate around each student’s plan, rather than working in isolation — you’ll have visibility into the wider strategy, not just your own sessions.
A steady pipeline of students
Placement support and admin are handled centrally, so you can focus on teaching and mentoring rather than sourcing your own students.
Room to specialise
From GCSE subject tutoring through to Oxbridge interview coaching, there’s a track that matches your strengths and experience.
What we look for
Subject depth
A strong academic background in the subject(s) or discipline you’d teach or coach.
Teaching or mentoring experience
Prior experience tutoring, teaching or mentoring students — school-age or university-level.
A long-term mindset
Comfort working within a coordinated, multi-term plan for a student rather than one-off sessions.
Right to work / relevant checks
Willingness to complete background checks (e.g. DBS in the UK) appropriate to working with minors.
Common questions
Do I need to be based in the UK?
Most roles are UK-based or delivered online to UK/international students, but this varies by programme — full details are confirmed during the application process.
Can I apply if I only want to teach part-time?
Yes — many of our tutors and mentors work part-time alongside other commitments.
What happens after I apply?
The application flow at /join-us/apply walks you through submitting your background and availability; a member of the team will follow up from there.
Ready to apply?
The application takes a few minutes — tell us your background, subjects and availability.
